My goal for this project was to build a concept in which to pass messages about topics like neurodivergence and other interesting psychological themes through cute series of blind boxed figurines. Making the consumer learn about interesting things while having fun! My overall brand for this concept is named Senshi, meaning "Warrior" in Japanese. My concept would be to talk about deeper interesting topics, mostly revolving around feeling, emotions such as nostalgia, the mind and neurodiversity told through series of cute figurines which would keep the buyer interested into the figurine as well as the topic it is expressing. This specific series I recently worked on, is about Highly Sensitive people (HSPs) which is a trait that 15-20% of the population was born with. It falls under the neurodivergent spectrum and defines an individual who is thought to have an increased or deeper central nervous system sensitivity to physical, emotional, or social stimuli. So overall a heightened experience and empathy to everything, making the world feel overwhelming but also extra beautiful. So I designed a box and 6 figures that represent pros and cons of being HSP. Enjoy!
